As for the cellar, Massimo Riccioli and his Sommelier Marco, one of the great names in the Italian and French oenological scene, are constantly looking for wines that capture the character and personality of the vintner, small companies who perceive quality as a philosophy of life. An excellent selection of wines and champagnes by the glass allow different tastings.

Massimo devotes particular attention to the champagne that have earned him the recognition of Chevalier de l’Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.

For those who would rather dine in an original way we offer our artisan beer, pale or dark ale, named Massimo which was created specifically by our Chef to accompany from oysters to raw fish. The bar offers the classics of mixology and finally, to complete a worthy dinner, a selection of fine spirits and liqueurs are available to customers.

Beside this, other lesser-known varietals such as Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier, complement the excellent offering of our paper.
