An excellent selection of wines and champagnes by the glass allow different tastings.
Massimo devotes particular attention to the champagne that have earned him the recognition of Chevalier de lâ€™Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.
For those who would rather dine in an original way we offer our artisan beer, pale or dark ale, named Massimo which was created specifically by our Chef to accompany from oysters to raw fish. The bar offers the classics of mixology and finally, to complete a worthy dinner, a selection of fine spirits and liqueurs are available to customers.
Suffice it to name some of the wines to realise how the so-called â€œinternationalâ€ vines have created the myth: the Sauvignon Sancerre or Pouilly FumÃ©, the great Chardonnay from Chablis, Meursault and Montrachet, the Riesling and Alsatian Pinot Gris are considered the greatest white wines in the world.
